Increase your intake

Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. Many studies have documented its varied benefits. For example, a study in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that women (Keto Max Burn) who consume five to six servings of fruit and vegetables a day reduce their risk of thrombosis by 31 percent. The most marked effects appeared with cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, beet, Brussels sprouts and cabbage or cabbage. Green leafy vegetables and citrus fruits are also very effective.

Drink tea. Both black and green tea have been shown to reduce the incidence of thrombosis. In a study conducted in Japan, where 5,910 women were treated for four years, those who drank five or more cups of green tea, suffered half the thrombosis that those who did not.
